Cinch hits bullseye with Premier League Darts sponsorship

Online car dealer Cinch is the new official sponsor of 2025 Premier League Darts.

The move marks Cinch’s first new sports sponsorship deal in more than two years, and represents a move into a sport which was the preserve of its former competitor Cazoo, which collapsed earlier this year.

Avril Palmer-Baunack, chairman of Cinch parent company Constellation Automotive Group, said: “This is an exciting time for Cinch to add to our partnerships roster with the 2025 Premier League Darts. The fan base is highly engaged, and we’re looking forward to interacting with them in new and exciting ways throughout the campaign.”

The sponsorship kicks off ahead of next year’s Premier League campaign and will see Cinch connect with darts fans across the UK.

Event organiser the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC), said the tournament achieved sold-out crowds and record viewing figures in 2024.

The Cinch logo will be visible on the Premier League stage and will feature prominently on the shirt sleeves of all players and officials throughout the tournament.

Furthermore, there will be a range of activations from competitions and player content creation to at-event and online promotions.

PDC Chief Executive Matt Porter said: “This is an exciting opportunity for the PDC to collaborate with an established brand which operates across the UK. The past 12 months has seen record-breaking growth of the sport and we’re excited to continue building on that success with Cinch.”

Previous sponsors of darts in the UK include Paddy Power, Cazoo and BetMGM.

Cinch’s other sports sponsorships include the England cricket team, the LTA and Northampton Saints rugby team.

Earlier this month, Score More with Xbox, a rewards system linked to the video game platform, collaborated with professional darts player Luke Littler to bring Xbox to the PDC World Darts Championships.

Earlier this year, snacking brand Tayto launched its biggest-ever campaign to promote its pork scratchings, as part of a lucrative sponsorship agreement with Sky Sports.

The deal saw the Northern Irish brand sponsor Sky Sports’ immensely popular darts coverage, with its signature pork snack featuring front and centre.
