Clearpay names Bountiful Cow as media agency

Buy now, pay later provider Clearpay has named Bountiful Cow as its media planning and buying agency, after a three-way competitive pitch process.

The media agency will be tasked with maximising audience engagement and delivering a “relative advantage” against competitors.

Clearpay vice president of marketing Joel Moran said: “The consumer-centric business model of Clearpay has disrupted traditional finance, which has led us to building a loyal and engaged base of customers who love the simplicity of our product and the way it works.

Clearpay which is also known as Afterpay in the US, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, was founded in Australia in 2014.

It launched in the UK in 2019 and globally has more than 24 million users.
