Neverland Flying Academy 2024 Graduate, Aisha said: “The internship at Neverland was a transformative experience. I was given hands-on opportunities to work on real campaigns, which helped me sharpen my creative and strategic skills. The mentorship from the team was incredible, and it gave me the confidence to take on big challenges. Thanks to this program, I feel well-equipped to grow in the industry.”
According to the agency, eight 18 to 25-year-olds will be offered the chance to take up a six-week paid placement at the agency.
As part of the placement, the interns will be able to work across all the business’s departments including creative, strategy, production and client services.
Neverland CEO Josh Harris added: “Without a proactive change, underrepresented talent will never have a true voice in the industry. The Neverland Flying Academy exists to give the platform to future talent to make their impact through real-world experience.”
