Creative agency Dentsu UK and Ireland is launching a new business transformation practice in a bid to help leaders unlock sustainable growth fo their companies.
Named ‘BX’, the new practice will bring the group’s data and technology-driven creative knowledge together with management consulting for a ‘human-centric’ touch.
The strategy will be centred around four key pillars for actionable growth; market landscaping, strategy consulting, social good consulting and transformation consulting.
“Dentsu’s BX practice aims to create new values, with a unique Dentsu consultancy approach, to impact businesses, brands, and people’s lives,” said Dentsu global practice president for business transformation, Yuichi Toyoda.

Dentsu’s BX will form part of the agency’s wider wider UK and Ireland strategy community, which is currently headed up by UK and Ireland group chief strategy officer, Dan Truman.
Truman described the launch as a “pivotal moment”.
“In a rapidly changing business environment, organisations need more than just innovation — they need a partner that can transform challenges into opportunities for sustainable growth. Our mission is to build a legacy of positive impact for businesses, people, and society.”
