Sky is promoting the launch of Sky Sports+ with a hyper-localised out-of-home campaign that showcases how the service has been built for grassroots fans.

Developed by the media giant’s in-house Sky Creative team in partnership with Rapport, the campaign will highlight how Sky Sports+ will bring EFL and Super League fans close to the action, with all of their team’s games streamed live.

Sky Creative has produced 83 different hyperlocal out-of-home assets, personalised for EFL and Super League teams. They will be supported by regional print and digital executions.

“With so much on offer with Sky Sports+, we brought it to life by breaking it down to the specifics of what it means for each fan and their club,” said Sky and Now director of sports marketing, Dave Stratton

“The result is our most personalised and engaging campaign ever, delivered across multiple touchpoints on a team-by-team basis across the length and breadth of the country.

“It’s been an honour to put the EFL and Super League front and centre of our start of season campaign, giving those fantastic leagues and their fans the platform they deserve.”

With media planning and buying handled by EssenceMediacom, the work will run across TV, out-of-home, radio, digital and social alongside influencer activity from all 72 EFL teams.
