“This has been such an inspiring process for us. We want to thank all the agencies who took part. We were humbled by the passion, energy, ingenuity and expertise we had the privilege to see throughout the process,” Very Group chief customer officer, Jessica Myers said.

“Zenith really showed they know our core customers, have the right strategy to complement and amplify our brand platform to new heights, and have the expertise to support our broader business and strategic goals. We had great chemistry with the team throughout and we can’t wait to get started together.”

Previous incumbent Dentsu X declined to re-pitch for the retailer’s account in January this year, despite the account being the agency’s second largest in billings for 2023.
