M&C Saatchi Talk CEO Jane Boardman has been awarded an OBE for her services to fashion and beauty.
It follows her experience in the sector since she took up the role of BFC (British Fashion Council) CEO and led a team, which included Dylan Jones OBE, Harold Tillman CBE and Caroline Rush CBE.
The team helped launch events including London Men’s Fashion Week and led to the creation of the Fashion Arts Foundation, which helps spearhead collaboration between fashion film and music.
Following on from this she jointly founded the British Beauty Council alongside Millie Kendall OBE, Anna-Marie Solowij and Kate Shapland, which helped to tackle prejudice within the sector; after stepping down from her role as Chair in 2022 she retains the title of Founding Chair.

“Jane has been an integral part of the M&C Saatchi family for more than two decades, not just through her total dedication to her work but also through the unwavering support she has given to her colleagues,” M&C Saatchi UK Chair Richard Thompson said.
