Lucky Generals helps Ring users find ‘inner peace’ in latest TV campaign

Home security brand Ring is taking a contemporary look at modern-day door-step issues in its latest TV ad to show how its range of connected devices can provide mental and physical security.

Devised by creative agency Lucky Generals, the campaign will be spearheaded by a comedic 20-second spot that shows how Ring’s connected indoor cameras can alleviate the anxiety of not knowing what’s happening at home, by offering users the ‘inner peace’ of that certainty.

The campaign will revolve around four light-hearted scenarios in which a Ring video doorbell or security camera springs to the rescue when people can’t physically get to the door or be at home.

“In a constantly evolving and challenging world, we’re all on a mission to find some inner peace. Our range of whole home security products provide much-needed peace of mind for our customers, who can relax in the knowledge that Ring has them covered. The new campaign from Lucky Generals captures this feeling beautifully,” Ring head of creative, Sarah Fronckevic said.

The first two spots will break on TV this week and will run for a month (through to September in the Netherlands). They will be followed by two more ads later in this month.

A Lucky Generals spokesperson added: “We’ve loved creating these with the Ring team. The spots are fun and playful, and most importantly show off how great Ring is at soothing any home security based anxieties when you’re away from home. It’s the perfect thing for bringing you a slice of inner peace, and hopefully that feeling comes across in spades.”
