Purpose consultancy Revolt poaches Mother’s strategy director

Purpose consultancy Revolt has appointed Pippa Morris as its first head of strategy, she joins from creative agency Mother where she worked as strategy director.

In her new role at the consultancy, Morris has been tasked with growing Revolt’s strategy team and with helping develop its creative output through ‘strategic excellence’. She will lead a team of 11 and has been briefed with growing headcount.

Reporting in to co-founder Alex Lewis, Morris has been nurturing the strategy function’s talent and expanding the consultancy’s specialist strategic skillsets within the purpose category.

Prior to joining the consultancy, Morris spent seven years at Mother, where she was responsible for development and rollout of KFC’s first ever global campaign. She also worked with several other key brands, including IKEA, TikTok, MoneySuperMarket, Stella Artois and Havaianas.
