England Football has renewed an evolved partnership with Mars Wrigley, teaming up with Kind and Extra as it drops its existing relationship with Snickers.

The move comes as part of England Football’s drive to offer health-conscious options for consumers, at a time in the food and drink industry when many companies are looking to offer greater choices to their customers.

Both brands will be supporting the England womens, mens and paralympic teams over the coming years, with health snack bar Kind being the primary focus during 2023 and then Extra in 2024.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to be a supporter of the FA this year, and to continue our health and wellness journey,” said Mars Wrigley business unit director, Kerry Cavanaugh.

“As football fans ourselves, we’re proud to be focused on supporting the England Women’s Football team this year.”

Kind UK’s market director, Peter Morris, added: “Football provides some of the greatest culture moments in the UK, so we’re very proud to be partnering with the FA to bring KIND and Extra to a nationwide stage. It’s a brilliant opportunity to show our customers the range of products we offer that are synonymous with a balanced lifestyle.”
