THG Ingenuity enters strategic partnership with BigCommerce

The commercial division of THG, THG Ingenuity, has announced plans to form a strategic commercial alliance with BigCommerce – an Open SaaS ecommerce platform for B2C and B2B brands.

The partnership will see the pair give brands the opportunity to use BigCommerce’s platform alongside THG Ingenuity’s back-end commerce capabilities which include order management, fraud and customer services solutions.

Both companies hope to create a solution to help brands implement ‘flexible and frictionless’ customer journeys. The firms are also engaged in talks about further collaboration with regards to extending their individual offerings and enhancing omnichannel selling via leading feed management solution Feedonomics.
