WPP has acquired Fēnom Digital, hailed as one of North America’s fastest-growing digital transformation agencies.
The agency – founded by CEO Dylan Runne – prides itself on delivering enterprise commerce, order management systems, supply chain, marketing, and customer experience solutions to retailers and brands.
Fēnom Digital will join WPP-owned Wunderman Thompson which currently garners over £25 billion ($30 billion) in GMV for brands such as Nestlé, Bosch and Microsoft. The buyout is part of the agency’s bid to aid clients in driving growth across all major digital routes.
Last year Fēnom Digital achieved Salesforce Crest Partner status and soon won ‘Salesforce Commerce Cloud Partner of the Year’ for ‘Best Up and Coming Partner.’
The firm utilises more than 190 ‘highly skilled’ technologists to deliver solutions that produce over £4.2 billion ($5 billion) of digital sales for clients every year, such as Basset Furniture, Casper, Crocs, David Yurman, GNC, PacSun and Snipes.
