
Bauer Media Audio has promoted Shana Hills to chief product and platforms officer and Abby Carvosso to the newly created position of chief commercial officer.
Working for the company since 2017, Hills climbed her way up Bauer Media, starting as a product director and most recently working as a digital chief operating officer.
In her new position, Hills will be tasked with supporting markets with the development of consumer-facing products across apps, web and voice-activated devices.
Carvosso has also been with Bauer Media since 1997, starting as the women’s lifestyle deputy managing director. Most recently she held the role of Bauer Audio UK director of commercial transformation.
In her new role as chief commercial officer, Carvosso will led teams across the brand’s European markets to maximise digital advertising opportunities.

“Shana and Abby both bring a wealth of experience that will drive forward our growth in digital audio to further engage our consumers and commercial partners alike,” Bauer president of audio, Richard Dawkins, said.

The senior appointments comes months after Bauer Media Advertising appointed George Butler to the newly created role of head of commercial marketing.
