Boots has snapped up Love Island stars Indiyah Polack and Davide Sanclimenti as official brand ambassadors for its beauty and optician divisions.
Love Island finalist Indiyah Polack has been signed as Boots’ official beauty ambassador for the next six months, while winner of the series Sanclimenti has secured his first paid collaboration with Boots Opticians.
The UK’s biggest health and beauty retailer was the official beauty partner for the latest series of the popular reality show, sponsoring the must-watch TV event for the second year in a row.
It said Polack was chosen from this year’s contestants for her “stand-out beauty looks”, while Sanclimenti has also been signed by the brand as part of a wider Boots Opticians campaign to promote the launch of its new ‘See What’s Possible’ platform.
“From the moment Indiyah stepped onto our screen’s this summer we knew she was the one for us and the perfect beauty ambassador for Boots,” said Boots chief marketing officer Pete Markey.
“We have loved seeing her showcase a range of iconic looks during the series, and our customers are telling us they want to know more about her beauty secrets too – with sales of products she used in the villa increasing during the show.
“We have so many plans to work with Indiyah across our marketing channels and we can’t wait for customers to see.”
