Nest Commerce appoints first-ever client director

London-based paid social and creative agency, Nest Commerce has named Lucy Downing as its first client director.

In her new role, Downing’s remit will be centred around client retention and growth, alongside working with the agency’s growing portfolio of clients, which includes international brands such as Ted Baker, Decathlon, ME+EM and Crew Clothing.

Downing joins the firm from digital product agency Somo Global, where she worked as vice-president of client engagement.

She had previously spent five years at customer experience outfit Zone, where she worked her way up to the business director role.

“We are delighted to welcome Lucy to the team in this key new role as the business continues its growth journey,” Nest Commerce CEO, Will Ashton said.

“She will be the strategic point of contact for clients, gaining a deeper understanding of their challenges as we evolve our proposition to build high quality products and services for ecommerce brands.
