Lucozade Sport has partnered with the Football Association to give customers the chance to win an ‘Ultimate Football Experience’ through on-pack promotions this summer.
Through this in-store activation, the Suntory-owned brand will be hoping to drive revenue by building anticipation throughout its customer base whilst also gaining additional sales centred around sporting excitement.
Lucky prize winners will gain access to what Lucozade is calling a ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ experience that will include a behind-the-scenes look at an England team training session at St George’s Park, alongside pitch-side access prior to an international match with full hospitality and signed merchandise.
Lucozade has also announced that for every entry, 10p will be donated to education and social inclusion charity Football Beyond Borders, which aims to change the lives of disadvantaged young people by helping them fulfil their potential through sport.
It is hoped that money raised through the promotion will enable the charity to hire new project leads in order to deliver more grassroots campaigns and educate the next generation of athletes.

The promotional campaign will run through to the end of July and is set to be supported by PR, social and online activity. To enter, shoppers will simply need to scan the on-pack QR code using their smartphone and enter their details to take part in the draw.
“2022 is set to be a fantastic year for sport, and as the UK’s number one selling sports drink, we wanted to bring something special to stores this summer to help them make the most of the sporting occasion,” Suntory Beverage & Food GB&I Lucozade Sport head of marketing Tom Bell said.
“Our partnership with The FA and summer activation is certainly set to create a buzz around the season’s biggest matches!”
“Lucozade Sport helps to bring people together through the power of sport and that’s a goal shared by Football Beyond Borders and the important work they do with young people.”
