Havas Group has appointed Donna Murphy as the leader of Havas’ Creative Group in a bid to further deepen the integration between the group’s businesses.
Murphy will attain this role in addition to her current position as Global CEO of Havas Health and You.
The appointment is made as the ‘big six’ agency looks to simplify its organisation and improve its Global Creative and Health networks so that Havas can strengthen its ability to meet clients’ ‘ever-changing needs’.
Starting her career at Goldman Sachs, Murphy joined Havas Group 35 years ago and has led several US acquisitions for the group since, as well as taking a leadership role for the then newly founded health agency.
The new leader of Havas’ Creative Group will replace Chris Hirst who will move on to pursue new opportunities.

The news comes a week after Havas Media Group launched a new global B2B division, ‘Havas Business’ aimed at disrupting the B2B marketing sector with business-specific offerings and capabilities.
