WPP unveils new creative agency, merges Design Bridge and Superunion

British multinational agency WPP has today announced the creation of a new company, Design Bridge and Partners, formed from the merger of two London-based subsidiaries, Design Bridge and Superunion.

Set for a January 2023 launch, the new firm will aim to give clients access to a range of top notch design expertise in order to drive growth and transformation.

By bringing together their respective client bases, WPP will hoping that Design Bridge and Partners can develop into a powerhouse of the design industry.

The new firm will be built on strong foundations, with both Design Bridge and Superunion counting numerous multinationals on their client lists including Diageo, Unilever, Mastercard, Fortnum & Mason and NASA, Bank of America, Intel and the BBC respectively.

“Design Bridge and Partners will be a leader in design and an important part of our simpler, future-facing client offer,” WPP CEO, Mark Read said.

“Formed from two successful companies in Design Bridge and Superunion, it will create new growth opportunities both for our people and our clients.”
