Royal Mail seeks new charity partner focused on heart health

BrandsNews

The Royal Mail has announced that it is now accepting applications for a new charity partner for 2022-2026, with a focus on heart health.

New charity partners would benefit from a range of initiatives over the four years with Royal Mail employees being encouraged to raise money and support the selected charity partner through voluntary activity.

The service’s employees will be directly involved in the selection, making the final decision between a shortlist of three charities.

Charities and community support initiatives are central tenet of the Royal Mail’s key philosophy – it invested £5.6 million in community projects over 2021-22, and has raised over £2 million for previous charity partners Action for Children, The Stroke Association and Prostate Cancer UK.
