Global media firm Ogilvy has appointed seasoned HR professional Elaine Grell as its new chief people officer across its EMEA operations.
Grell is now set to lead the WPP-owned agency’s ‘people’ teams in order to drive its ‘people first’ strategy. Previously chief people officer for Ogilvy UK, Grell will continue to cooperate closely with Ogilvy UK’s CEO Fiona Gordon to push forward with the branch’s HR agenda in addition to her wider EMEA responsibilities.
Having previously worked across a broad range of sectors, including hospitality, leisure and real estate, Grell has collated an impressive CV which contains a range of multinationals in the vein of IHG Hotels and British Airways before joining Ogilvy.
