Tanqueray gin has partnered with Bridgerton to promote the release of the hit Netflix show’s second series on 25 March.

The promotional campaign, featuring American musician Joe Jonas, invites customers to “Make it T-time”, in a play on the old British tradition and a nod to the historic gin brand.

The spot features Bridgerton cast member Jonathan Bailey (Anthony Bridgerton) giving Jonas’s advice how to be a Regency-era gentleman, or “How to be a Bridgerton”.

Fans of the show will be able to enter a social media contest to win the chance to attend a variety of Bridgerton-themed events by sharing promotional content.

“Teatime in the Regency Era was the epitome of elegance, and with the second season of Bridgerton on the horizon, I think it’s the perfect time to bring this grand tradition a modern-day twist, Diageo senior vice-president of rum, tequila and gin, Christina Choi said.

Netflix head of marketing partnerships, Magno Herran added: “Bridgerton has such a unique aesthetic that transports viewers into a lavish, stylish, diverse world. Watching the internet’s favourite almost-Bridgerton, Joe Jonas, learning how to ‘T’ from Jonathan Bailey is a celebration of all of us who are gearing up for season two.”

As part of the partnership, limited edition Tanqueray x Bridgerton tea-inspired cocktail kits will be made available for purchase on CocktailCourier.com ahead of the second series premiere.
