N2O strengthens creative team with two senior hires

Creative brand experience agency N2O has strengthened its leadership and creative teams with the announcement of two new hires this summer.

The Maidenhead-based firm has brought back its former creative director Steven Workman, who will now take up the role of strategy director.

Workman brings over 20 years of brand marketing experience to the role, having held senior positions at US agency VMLY&R and Lucozade Ribena Suntory since his previous stint at N2O.

“I’m really pleased to be returning to N2O’s creative team, which has so many talented individuals in it. Strategic thinking has always been the foundation of our work, and now I’m proud to be leading and championing this”, Workman said.

Former Circle Agency head of campaign activation, Caroline Gleisner joins N2O as creative production director, bringing over 16 years’ experience into her role, which will involve overseeing all experiential marketing experiences created by N2O from conception to completion.

Gleisner commented: “I’m very excited to join the N2O team, for me the agency’s vast client list and the quality of work produced was what I was very keen to be a part of.”

N2O head of creative, Nigel Clifton added: “Steven and Caroline joining the team will enable us to enhance our capabilities in providing strategic, insight-led creative brand experiences that are born from invaluable consumer insight through to delivery.”
