Edinburgh-based agency Leith has brought to market a lime-flavoured drink, to help clean up the UK’s waterways.
Called ‘Hell or High’, the carbonated refreshment was produced and distributed in collaboration with brewery Pilot.
It will be launched on the Scottish market and profits will go towards cleaning the Water of Leith river in Edinburgh.
The campaign holds “extra significance” for Leith’s head of design, Rob Petrie, as he once saved a woman from the river the agency is now trying to protect.

Petrie said: “The Water of Leith holds a very special place in my heart, and helping to do our bit to protect it for many generations to come, feels like the very least we can all do.”
The design of the cans and the print ads took inspiration from Scottish artist James Heron. While the imagery on the product and in the marketing includes captions such as: “Water that gives a duck”, and “No more damselflies in distress”.
The drink’s logo features the molecular structure of the chemical symbol H20, spelling out the initials for Hell or High, HOH.
Matt Johnson, director at Pilot Beer added: “It’s more important than ever to shop locally and more than that, to do what we can to give back to the local community and the environment. We feel Hell or High is a brand that can make a real difference across the UK.”
