Digital marketing and advertising agency Cheil UK has promoted Michael Chadwick (above, centre) to the newly created role of managing director, solutions.
Moving from head of strategy and experience, Chadwick will now lead product innovation and develop integrated client-facing solutions. He will work closely with Cheil UK’s new managing director, Rikke Wichmann-Bruun.

His promotion comes as the agency has made a series of other appointments, promoting Ahmed Musa to the head of digital, appointing Donna Buckingham to head of account management, Adam Blennerhassett to head of European retail, Sam Mir to head of delivery and Tom Beavington was named group operations director.
