Global marketing cloud provider Mapp has appointed James Brooke as its new CEO, to help drive forwards its bid to achieve accelerated growth and enhanced AI-driven product development.

Brooke has more than 25 years’ experience in building and scaling high-growth companies in the martech space. His appointment comes at a crucial time for Mapp as the company aims to cement its position as a market leader in the marketing technology landscape. He succeeds Steve Warren, who led Mapp for eight years. 

The company has more than 700 clients across Europe and the US, including brands such as Pizza Express, clothing brand Turnbull & Asser and Lloyds Banking Group.

Under Brooke’s leadership, the company will concentrate on advanced customer journey orchestration, solutions tailored to changing consumer behaviours and privacy-first regulations compliance.
