TV channel E4 has unveiled a new marketing campaign to promote the launch of the latest series of Married at First Sight UK, spearheaded by a 40-second hero film celebrating the show’s unique premise.
Produced by the network’s in-house creative agency 4creative, the fun-filled trailer brings to life the frenzied excitement of one of the show’s episodes.
Its fast-paced format has proved particularly successful with British audiences, with Married at First Sight UK becoming E4’s highest-rated non-scripted programme ever. Notably, the show was also the third-most streamed programme across the All4 platform in 2021.

“Married at First Sight already has a huge following and growing fanbase, and this thrilling conceptual film shows saying ‘I do’ to someone you have never met before can whisk you off your feet!,” Channel 4 marketing director, Amber Kirby said.
“The on-air promotion marks the start of a fully integrated campaign which viewers will be able to interact with on social to see how the stories of the couples unfold in twists and turns.”

“What we cannot imagine is then marrying said person on the spot. So we dramatised this nought to sixty notion with a totally transforming scene, turning the big date into the big day in a ridiculous way you can’t look away from – much like the show itself.”
