International pitch consultancy The Great Pitch Company has appointed seasoned business growth expert Laura Holme as a consultant for business development and growth in the UK.

Holme has worked with major agencies including Dentsu, Design Bridge & Partners, Havas, Publicis, RAPP and Wunderman. She will focus on expanding The Great Pitch Company’s UK operations across its two divisions –  Great Now, which specialises in pitch consultancy and Great Forever, which provides training and development.

CEO Marcus Brown, with whom Holme has previously worked, said, “Laura is a formidable talent with deep expertise in winning pitches. Having worked together before, I know that the agencies we partner with will value her pragmatic, sleeves-rolled-up approach to business development.”

Lead consultant Louise Jackson will continue to play a central role across the business, leading Italian operations and supporting international opportunities.

This appointment comes during a period of international expansion for the company, which achieved a 100% pitch win rate for clients in 2024 and has been strengthening its global presence with established operations in North America, Europe and the Middle East.
