Broadcaster Sky Sports has produced a tongue-in-cheek mockumentary, revealing what the British & Lions players are like behind-the-scenes ahead of their first test against Australia.

With the match set to be broadcast live on the channel on Saturday morning (19 July), Sky Sports is hoping to build anticipation with the content, which features a range of stars from the squad including Tom Curry, Ollie Chessum, Sam Warburton and Dan Biggar.

Devised by The Space Between Agency, the work is designed to reveal what really goes on in secret when the Lions players ‘think’ the cameras aren’t rolling.

Written by Black Shark Media and produced by Oranges & Lemon, the short clip is also the result of a collaboration with social media star Paul Olima, in the role of stealth camera operator who stops at nothing to get the shots fans want.

Along with the video, the release will come with a bonus blooper reel packed with outtakes, missed cues and moments of ‘questionable acting’ that didn’t make the final cut.

Last month, Sky launched its flagship trailer for the campaign, inspired by indigenous Australian culture and crafted in collaboration with a native artist.
