Premium biscuit brand Walker’s Shortbread has named New Commercial Arts as its creative and strategic agency partner, following a competitive pitch process.
The agency will be responsible for crafting a new creative platform for the biscuit firm and will continue to spotlight its heritage.

“We look forward to working with NCA and developing a creative platform, which will build even deeper connections with today and tomorrow’s consumers,” he added.
Walker’s Shortbread was founded in 1898 in Speyside village of Aberlour, Scotland.
“Walker’s really is Scotland at its finest,” said Ian Heartfield, founder and chief creative officer at New Commercial Arts.
“This is a brand with admirable values and a genuine commitment to premium taste, which is why it’s stood the test of time and is adored by so many (once you’ve tried a Walker’s shortbread, you know it’s the only shortbread you’re ever going to buy). We can’t wait to get going.”
