Grey London appoints new CEO

Grey London has appointed Conrad Persons as its new chief executive officer (CEO), promoting him from his previous role as president.

Creative agency Grey London has appointed Conrad Persons (right) as its new chief executive officer (CEO), promoting him from his previous role as president.

Having first joined the agency in 2023, Persons will continue to report into Grey’s global CEO Laura Maness (left), and will work alongside its executive leadership team, which includes MD Jonny Tennant-Price and chief strategy officer Tarek Sioufi.

Persons joined Grey London from parent firm WPP, where he worked as a global strategist for two years. The US native previously spent time at the New York offices of Ogilvy and Clear M&C Saatchi.

“After a genuinely exciting start at Grey, I’m thrilled to step into this role,” he said.

”I came here for the heritage, stayed for the talent, and am constantly inspired by our unique ability to blend independent thinking with global capability.”

In his new role, Persons will also act in an executive sponsorship capacity for Grey across the EMEA regions, in a bid to “help facilitate greater cross-studio collaboration.”
