Robert and Redfern commented: “After chatting with Charlie (Hurst), Marcos (Gemal) and the talented team at JvM, we knew the journey they are on is one we had to be a part of. We can’t wait to get going.”

Smith and McIntosh partnered in 2023 and recently went viral on LinkedIn with their job post titled “We are hiring a new ECD… to be our boss”, attracting over 300,000 impressions globally. The pair joined the agency just 24 hours later.

“We are thrilled to welcome both teams to our expanding creative department. They each bring unique strengths, and we can’t wait for them to get started,” Hurst and Gemal said.
