Independent creative agency Neverland has promoted Amy Coomber (right) to the newly created role of chief production officer.
Coomber, who joined the agency in 2019, will launch a new initiative to review the impact of creative production on mental health. She will work across Neverland’s creative, design and production departments.
“I’m grateful to have been part of this journey from the start, working with a team that pushes the limits of creativity and craft,” she said.

Additionally, the agency has named executive producer Alex Cowley (left) as its new head of production. She joined the agency in 2021 and has led work for Age UK, Innocent and Ladbrokes.
