Coffeehouse chain Costa Coffee has selected AnalogFolk as its new UK social media agency of record at the conclusion of a competitive pitch process.
According to Campaign, the move will see the global agency’s London branch re-appointed with an expanded remit, following a two-way final pitch against an undisclosed firm.
AnalogFolk has formed part of Costa’s social media roster since 2015 and previously worked on the brand’s strategy and creator-led content. It will now oversee all of Costa’s social media output.

Annalisa Tore, UK and Ireland marketing director at Costa Coffee, said: “We are thrilled to expand our partnership with AnalogFolk, a team that has consistently demonstrated creativity and innovation in our social media strategy.

The agency will now assume responsibility for social media strategy and planning, content creation and production, community management and campaign execution, alongside leading organic and creator-led initiatives across all social media platforms.
