Communications network VCCP has expanded its social team with four new appointments.

The agency has promoted David Feldman to executive creative director and Tiffany Modensir to head of social and content strategy. Rachael Kendrick will join the network as social creative director and Veve Shamhong joins from MG OMD as a creator.

Mondesir joined VCCP six years ago and has worked on campaigns for clients such as LinkedIn, the British Red Cross and Virgin Media O2. She has won numerous accolades including a WACL award and a Lovie Award. Mondesir is also a member of VCCP’s DE&I Collective.

“I’m excited to step into this role at such a pivotal time for social. The power of social media goes beyond simply showing up in feeds; it’s about building lasting connections with audiences and creating memorable content that adds tangible and emotional value,” she said.

Kendrick has previously worked for clients such as Tesco, Amazon and Unilever. She has previously held positions at agency Brave and worked in collaboration with brands such as Netflix, Olay and Lego.
