Skincare brand Neutrogena UK and Ireland has collaborated with Bridgerton and Derry Girls actor Nicola Coughlan for a new campaign.

The marketing drive will be launched in two parts starting with a 70-second hero spot, directed by Abbie Stephens, through communication agency Ogilvy PR UK and Hogarth UK.

The spot, titled ‘Main Character Energy’, runs across PR, online and social media channels.

Coughlan said: “I’m a skincare fanatic so it’s deeply important to me that my skin and skincare routine is always at its best. Neutrogena is my beauty secret, and I’m excited to share that secret with others, to achieve beautiful, healthy, glowing skin.”

The second phase of the collaboration sees Coughlan meet with UK dermatologist Dr Adel to “demystify” social media skincare trends such as “dermarolling” and “skin zoning”.
