Real estate investment firm Tristan Capital Partners has selected technology communications consultancy Duet London to launch Sicilian Avenue as the place to go for food and drink.

The recently restored pedestrianised area, located in London’s Bloomsbury Quarter, will receive a fully integrated B2B2C integrated campaign across marcomms, social media and PR.

The street is book-ended by neo-classical columns and has ties to social activist Mahatma Gandhi, musician Bob Marley and author Virginia Woolf.

Alex Melligan, director of portfolio and asset management, Tristan Capital Partners, said: “Duet London has perfectly captured Sicilian Avenue and we are impressed with the work the team has delivered so far. They are supporting our agents and creating impactful content that is enabling the new brand to identify visitors who crave high quality food and beverage venues in a serene, yet joyful, fun and enriching environment.”

Duet London’s campaign will be supported by boutique creative agency, Bright Island, and website builders Beluga.

The marketing drive uses playful images and a brightly coloured aesthetic to highlight the Avenue’s ‘rebel’ history and brand it as the place to go for a “serene and calm” in-dining experience.

Jazz Gandhi, co-founder and director, Duet London, added: ‘We were able to creatively distil Tristan Capital Partners’ vision for Sicilian Avenue, delivering it succinctly through messaging, storytelling and visual impact to build a strong B2B2C campaign that engage the right audiences across appropriate touchpoints.”

The Avenue will launch its first six venues this summer.
