Creative agency Neverland has named Laura Kinzett (above, right) as head of strategy.

She will report to Lola Neves (above, left), chief strategy officer, in what is a new role for the agency.

She will now be responsible for managing the development and pastoral care of her team, as well as widening the reach of the agency’s strategic and creative output.

Kinzett has previously held roles at Bartle Bogle Hegarty London, Karmarama, The Monkeys and M&C Saatchi Australia and worked across multiple accounts for the agency, including Kopparberg and Age UK.
