Creative agency VCCP has appointed two new planners to bolster the global strategic leadership across its flagship Cadbury and Primark accounts.
Claire Strickett (right) will now lead global strategy for Primark, which appointed London-based VCCP as its global agency of record in 2023. She joins from Anomaly.
Ben Phillips (centre) will work with the global leadership team on the Cadbury account. The moves sees him relocating from New York, where he worked as global strategy director at Mekanism.
The pair will help VCCP develop its global growth ambitions, and will take up both their roles effective immediately. They will report to chief strategy officer, Claire Hutchinson (left).

“One of the greatest pleasures in my job is to find the most talented planners on the global stage, and to bring them to VCCP to help us write our next chapter. Ben is one of those planners, bringing incredible global experience, huge enthusiasm and excitement for creativity,” Hutchinson said.
“But, for VCCP, it is just as much a pleasure to grow your own, which is why we are always thrilled to welcome back into the team brilliant, sparkling talent like Claire. She’s an exceptional talent, who sees the world of communication from some very different and fresh angles. We’re doubly lucky.”
