Edinburgh-based creative agency Leith has promoted Leona Coupar to head of strategy.
Formerly holding the position of strategy director at the firm, she will take over the role this month from departing Victoria Milne.
Coupar will be responsible for creating communication and business strategies. She will report to Richard Marsham, the agency’s managing partner.

Coupar joined the agency in 2012 as an associate planner and researcher. She has previously held roles at Mediacom Edinburgh and beverage firm The Edrington Group.
