British chocolate drink shop Knoops has unveiled a limited-edition hot chocolate for the home release of the movie Paddington in Peru.

The marmalade hot chocolate was crafted in collaboration with production company Studiocanal and comes as the film is released on digital platforms on 14 February, before being available on DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD from 17 February.

Knoops selected marmalade as the flavour of choice as it is the famous bear’s favourite food.

Romy Miller, CMO at Knoops, said: “We’re delighted to create a Knoops inspired by everyone’s favourite bear for the home release of Paddington in Peru. Paddington’s charming and adventurous spirit aligns perfectly with ‘Knoopology’, our customisation of expertly crafted chocolate drinks.”

The drink is made with 34% milk chocolate and orange zest and topped with whipped cream, candied orange peel and Knoops’ signature chocolate plaque, and customers who purchase the drink will have the chance to win Paddington in Peru merchandise bundles and Knoops chocolate drinks.

It will be available in stores from 17 February until 31 March.

Knoops stores in London’s Notting Hill and Covent Garden, Edinburgh and Manchester will have specially designed window displays to celebrate the collaboration.
