Swimwear brand Speedo is calling on fitness communities around the world to refresh their training routines and boost their goals in 2025 with its new ‘Less Gym, More Swim’ campaign.

Centred around a 20-second spot, the Australian brand’s creative hails the benefits of swimming as the original full-body workout – encouraging people to spend less time cooped up in the gym and more time in the pool.

‘Less Swim, More Gym’ will also feature an initial roll-out of videos highlighting the benefits of the swim work out in supporting running and sprinting, core strength and body building – as well as inviting fitness communities around the globe to switch up their workouts.

“Swimming remains the ultimate and original full body work out, engaging 24 muscle groups with low impact, highly effective training that offers added benefits such as enhanced flexibility and mental well-being,” said Steph O’Neill, Speedo VP of brand marketing.
