Comms agency Krow Group has recruited creative duo Susan Mansfield and Donna Williams to bolster the seniority of its growing creative department.

Their appointment follows on from the London agency’s decision to enlist a trio of ECDs last year, with Ashika Chauhan, Paul Wallett and Darryl George all joining the firm.

Set to report into group ECD George, Mansfield and Williams will be tasked with strengthening the agency’s creative department and helping to bring the next generation of talent through its ranks.

“Susan and Donna have impressive experience creating multi-channel campaigns that stand out and stick in the minds of our audiences,” George said.

“They will join a team of senior leaders tasked with raising our creative bar even higher and nurturing the next generation of creative talent. I am excited to have them onboard.”

Prior to joining, the pair had freelanced for several years, producing work for the likes of Tesco Mobile, Virgin Atlantic and Sony. They had also spent time at VCCP, Naked and Grey London.
