Department for Education launches early-years recruitment push

The Department for Education (DfE) launched an out-of-home campaign to encourage the public to consider early-years education as a career.

The campaign, which will run nationwide,  was devised in collaboration with creative agencies Posterscope and Omnigov.

‘Do something big’, created by Havas London, features outdoor activations that showcase how fulfilling early years education can be.

The campaign also features LED bus supersides which read: “Light up young eyes and minds.”

The campaign will run until 10 March across roadside, shopping centres, cinemas, the London Underground, and railway lines.
