The Havas Media Network has combined performance agency Search Laboratory, which it acquired in 2021, with Havas Market UK to form a 150-person agency under the name Havas Market UK.
The merger aims to encourage “limitless performance” by focusing on metrics that lead to client success, and creating digital experiences that “drive digital and commerce performance”.
The new proposition will offer technology and creative solutions to clients and provide expertise in strategy and planning, channel activation – including paid search, display and video, SEO, organic, paid and commerce social and digital PR – retail and commerce, retail media and data, and technology consultancy.

Havas Market UK will be led by Alex Walker and its clients will include Bonhams, DA-SH Water, JDE, Topps, Lucky Saint, Riviera Travel and Toast.
