Creative agency Oliver has named Katy Dunn as executive partnerships director, following a series of appointments to its senior leadership team.

Dunn has over two decades of expertise in global customer engagement, CRM, and loyalty, across various sectors including travel, retail and automotive.

Prior to joining Oliver, Dunn was managing partner at strategy partner at Omnicom’s RAPP. She also worked for the International Airlines Group as customer director, and at Dunnhumby.

According to Oliver -which designs, builds, and runs in-house agencies and ecosystems for brands – Dunn will report to chief client officer Ed Howarth.

“Transforming the way that brands connect with customers is difficult, not least when, as an agency partner, you are often a step removed from brand customers. By partnering with brands on the inside, Oliver is transforming customer engagement in a way I haven’t seen at any other agency,” said Dunn.

“While others struggle to break free from traditional CRM models, Oliver is pioneering what’s next – from GenAI innovation to agile in-house teams. I’m particularly excited about working with my teams to lead transformative retail strategies and drive creative innovation that shapes the future of customer experiences.”

Dunn will work with Oliver’s UK leadership team on accounts across the fashion, retail and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.

Oliver chief client officer Ed Howarth commented, “Katy’s extensive experience and deep understanding of customer-centric marketing will be invaluable as we continue to grow and innovate in partnership with our clients.”
