AMV Group has strengthened its executive leadership team with the appointment of Jo Arden as its new group chief strategy officer and Jemima Monies as its new group chief growth officer.

Arden and Monies will now work alongside group CEO Xavier Rees in a bid to drive further growth and creative quality across both AMV BBDO and Redwood BBDO.

Joining in March, Arden will leave her current role as chief strategy officer at creative agency Ogilvy UK, having previously held the same position at both Publics Poke and MullenLowe London.

“These hires are a signal of our ambition for 2025 and beyond. I’ve been looking for the right opportunity to work with Jo for several years now, so I’m incredibly excited to bring her into our team,” Rees said.
