House 337 chief client officer Charlie Hurrell has left the agency after three years in the post. With no replacement planned, the firm is instead set to restructure its leadership team.
Hurrell initially joined House 337 under its previous guise Engine Creative in September 2021, and retained her position during its transition following its acquisition by Next 15 in 2022.
Prior to joining House 337, Hurrell had spent time at several big name agencies within the UK scene, including Pablo, Dentsumcgarrybowen and MullenLowe.

“Charlie Hurrell has played a key part in the formation of our values and in our approach to solving client problems,” House 337 CEO Phil Fearnley said.
“Charlie was also instrumental in helping the agency navigate a period of significant change, during which Engine and Odd were merged into House 337, and we thank her for her positive contribution to the business. We wish Charlie the very best for the next chapter in her career.”
Hurell’s next career move has yet to be confirmed – but her departure has led to some internal changes at the agency, with former head of new business, Lucy Freedman promoted to chief growth officer.
