Media agency Zenith UK has made three C-Suite appointments as part of its new growth strategy.
Sophie Wooller joins as chief operating officer, and Laurence Heinrichs as chief digital officer, while Matt Skelding has been promoted to chief client officer.

Wooller began her career at Deloitte and joined Zenith after resigning from her position at creative agency Croud. She will join the agency from February 2025. She said: “Sannah’s vision coupled with her focus on innovation presents an incredible opportunity for Zenith’s clients and people. I’m looking forward to working with the leadership team to push the boundaries of what we can achieve for clients.”
Before joining Zenith, Heinrichs worked at the Boston Consulting Group. She will assume his new role in December. “By combining the huge talents of the people at Zenith with Publicis Groupe’s unparalleled capabilities, we have a moment in time when we can redefine digital innovation for our clients. I’m over the moon to be joining Sannah and the team to lead the agency’s digital transformation and accelerate growth for clients,” he said.
Skelding was promoted after five years as Zenith’s Head of planning and will be responsible for strengthening the brand’s partnerships.
