Social media network Snapchat is showcasing how it can help bring family and friends together throughout the festive period with a new out-of-home focused campaign.

With media planning and buying handled by Undercover Arts, ‘Little Joys’ is running across both out-of-home and digital media and features relatable Christmas moments through the prism of a Snapchat lens.

Featuring copy reading “Christmas is for finally giving Gran a filter” and “You can’t choose your family but you can turn their heads into broccoli”, the ads will be located at key strategic points such as London’s Waterloo Station and Westfield shopping centre.

“At the heart of this campaign is the human experience of family and friendship during cultural moments like Christmas,” Snapchat head of UK marketing, Harley Illott said.

“We all have our own personal quirks, family traditions and moments we share every year that make Christmas special. This campaign shows that Snap is the perfect platform for enhancing these experiences to make them that much more special.”

The platform’s campaign will also include content from British ‘Snap stars’ Dami Hope, Indiyah, and Matthew and Ryan, who will share how Snapchat helps them connect with loved ones.
