Property website brand Rightmove has unveiled a playful out-of-home campaign for the Christmas season.
The poster ‘North Pole’ devised by creative agency Neverland, features a trail of sleigh tracks alongside the search prompt ‘Secret Location. Workshop. Huge Parking Space’
The ad is part of the brand’s out-of-home brand platform that was launched in August of this year. Each of the ads in the wider campaign hints towards a fictional character looking for a home.
The ad will run across sites in railway stations and the London Underground.
Media planning was handled by Wavemaker UK, which was appointed to the brand’s account at the start of this year.

According to the real estate agent, the brand platform was launched to highlight the large selection of properties for sale and to rent on its website. The company aims to “Give everyone the belief that they can make their move.”
House hunters can search the platform for residential resale, new homes, rentals, and commercial properties. Its customer base includes estate agents, lettings agents, new home developers, rental operators, commercial property operators, and overseas property agents.
Data from Rightmove shows 80% of all time spent on property portals is on Rightmove.
